Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must accompany your return
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal hygiene products (including maternity support garments)
- Custom-made or altered items
- Final sale items marked as such

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions if applicable
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package items in their original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (included with your original shipment)
- Copy of your invoice
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Exchange Instructions
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item(s) in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Refund Details
Your refund will be issued via your original payment method:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
International customers: Refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
Special Considerations
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
