Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and EMS, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our discreet packages reach most international destinations within 10-25 business days after dispatch.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with tracking. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS postal service. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How will my package arrive?
We understand lingerie purchases are personal, so all orders ship in our signature discreet packaging – plain, unmarked exterior with your items carefully folded and protected inside. The sender name on your package will simply list our company name, “Fashion Lingerie Store.”
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. For Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx, you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be more limited depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Femme Intimates purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Final sale items cannot be returned
